I'm Brândușa Olteanu, a trained educator and certified instructor in Sivananda Yoga and Hormonal Yoga. I combine my knowledge of education with my yoga experience to create clear, accessible classes, tailored to each person’s pace. We practice gently, mindfully, and with trust in the process.
