I'm Brândușa Olteanu, a trained educator and certified instructor in Sivananda Yoga and Hormonal Yoga. I combine my knowledge of education with my yoga experience to create clear,
accessible classes, tailored to each person’s pace. We practice gently, mindfully, and with trust in the process.

În fiecare săptămână, am pregătit două sesiuni special concepute pentru a-ți sprijini sănătatea și echilibrul interior. Indiferent dacă ești la început de drum sau ai mai practicat yoga, aceste cursuri sunt pentru tine.

Sesiuni de relaxare și detensionare după o zi lungă la birou. Tehnici specifice pentru gât, spate și zona lombară, ideale pentru cei care petrec mult timp în poziții statice.
